This charge is ultimately the responsibility of the passenger whose name is on the reservation. We appreciate your understanding of this airline-imposed, additional service fee.

同じ目標持ってて「ガンガンいこうぜ！」ってなコミュニティなら
読むだけな奴は少ないと思うけど、新月は特に祭りとかやってないよ。
実際、喧嘩もあんまりしてないだろ。密度が低いから。
もちろん、増えたのが体制側の監視ノードだったりする可能性はあるけど、
基本がオープンだから、普通にアクセスするだけで監視はできてると思う。
新月がサーバで動いてるってことはP2Pに興味あって、ポート開ける技術が
あるってことだから、他も使ってる可能性は高いし、うっかり犯行声明出したら
一網打尽ってなことを考えている可能性がないわけじゃないが、

「インターネット・ホットラインセンター」から削除を要請されながら、不特定多数の閲覧が続いていた１９７８件の違法情報。
関係者によると、８７％は特定の１０業者が運営するサイトに集中し、中でも６２％を占めるのが、匿名で書き込みができる国内最大級のネット掲示板「２ちゃんねる」だったという。
削除要請に応じないサイト管理者らに対し、警察庁が取り締まりも辞さない姿勢を打ち出した背景には、
犯罪を助長しかねない状態で情報が放置されていることに対する危機感があった。センターへの通報も急増し、同庁は「強い決意を表明した」（幹部）。
一方、実際の摘発には課題も多い。サイトの掲載内容に関し、管理者らを摘発する根拠法令は事実上ない。
また、人物の特定が難しいなど「証拠収集の面でも困難が大きい」（捜査関係者）のが実情だ。
