- "I fully support the right to hunt, fish and trap. Idaho law already protects the right to hunt, fish and trap, which is one of the reasons I love living here. However, HJR 2 is different from that of SJR 102, as it is not a 'revision' adding one word to clarify an already existing section, HJR 2 would add an entire new section to our constitution covering something that is already protected by law. I believe that the constitution should have sections added only due to a new major issue involving the state, or a constitutional crisis."Do away with personal property tax as it is an onerous duplication of taxes. As a legislator who looked into the VA scandal, it is absolutely necessary that we monitor Medicaid to make sure our senior citizens are receiving the health care they deserve. The health care our veterans are receiving is inexcusable and a total embarrassment.
